Android SDK installation issue - Peer not authenticated [Fix]

This problem happens when you try to access internet from inside proxy server. The easiest way to get rid of this problem is to change the default HTTPS into HTTP from Android SDK manager settings.

Just goto
Tool > options > tick Force https://... sources to be fetched using http://...
